A new film titled “Lafoot Gang” has been launched grandly under the LRS Entertainments banner. The movie is being produced by Kondapur Lakshmikanth Reddy and written & directed by Anuraag Atharva Raju.
The film’s pooja ceremony was held at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad in a grand manner. Several film personalities attended the launch event as chief guests, including director Pawan Sadineni, producer BVS Ravi, actors Raj Tarun, Akash Puri, Ali, Rahul Vijay, actress Deepshika, Archana Iyer, and director-producer Anil Kadiyala.
Actor Ali gave the first clap for the movie, while director Pawan Sadineni switched on the camera. Actors Raj Tarun and Akash Puri handed over the script to the team.
The movie stars Rocky, Rithvik, Abhinav, Nandu, Antony Karthik and others in important roles. The team also revealed that several senior Tollywood actors will appear in key characters.
The film’s cinematography is handled by Vardhan Mayur Koyyada, music is composed by RR Dhruvan, and editing is done by TC Prasanna Kumar. Venkatesh Attili is working as the Executive Producer.
Speaking at the event, director Anuraag said that the movie is set in the 1990s and will be a highly entertaining film. He added that even though many stories have come from that time period, this film will offer a fresh entertainment experience.
Producer Lakshmikanth Reddy thanked everyone who attended the launch event and asked for their blessings for the movie.
Actress Deepshika wished the team great success.
Music director RR Dhruvan said the story is very special and promised good songs and exciting updates in the future. He also said director Anurag’s name will be remembered after this movie.
DOP Vardhan said the story is very entertaining and audiences will enjoy it in theatres.
Actor Rocky shared that he has been connected to the project from the story stage itself and said the film has a unique concept.
Actor Abhinav thanked the media and said audiences will enjoy the movie a lot.
Actor Antony Karthik said the film will be memorable like Jathi Ratnalu and will encourage new talent.
Actor Rithvik said that although the title sounds massy, the movie is actually a good family entertainer.
Actor Nandu said the film will be a fun-filled family entertainer that audiences can enjoy with their families.
Executive Producer Venkatesh Attili said shooting will begin next month and expressed confidence that the movie will become a big success.
The movie is based on hostel life in the 1990s. It will showcase the fun, friendship, and adventures of a gang of youngsters living in a hostel. The makers also said that more cast details and shooting updates will be announced soon.
