ZEE5 Original Web Series ‘Vikkatakavi’ Pre-release event held grandly

Vikkatakavi is a new web series on Zee5, starring Naresh Agastya and Megha Akash in the lead roles. Directed by Pradeep Maddali, the series is produced by the renowned production house SRT Entertainments under the banner of passionate producer Ram Talluri. Vikkatakavi is set to stream on Zee5 starting November 28, 2024. The team held a press meeting on Monday to discuss the series.

Producer Ram Talluri said, “Sai Tej narrated this story to me two years ago. At that time, we planned it as a feature film, but thanks to Zee5, it transformed into a web series. Watching the content made me feel immensely proud. Director Pradeep will earn great recognition and reach new heights. Everyone, from Sagar to Mahendra, worked hard on this project. Naresh is a wonderful person and deserves success. Megha Akash has delivered an outstanding performance. I wish the entire team all the best. Naresh has delivered a fantastic performance, and I’ve admired Megha’s acting since her role in Dhanush Thoota. She played the role of Lakshmi beautifully in this series.”

When I presented the story to Zee5, they asked me to take on the role of content head. After the story was approved, we discussed directors, and I suggested Pradeep Maddali. Everyone believed he would deliver the best. Shoaib gave stunning visuals, Ajay provided fantastic background music, and Kiran’s art direction was brilliant. Naresh Agastya feels like the Sherlock Holmes of Telangana, and Megha Akash performed exceptionally.”
