Vaarahi Entertainment’s “Aathma Katha” New Movie Traditional Pooja Ceremony held grandly

The film Aathma Katha was launched in a grand manner with traditional pooja rituals under the banner of Vaarahi Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Written and directed by Srinivas Gundreddy, the film features noted actor Gemini Suresh in the lead role, paired opposite Akhila Nair. The cast also includes Sammeta Gandhi, Balagam Vijaya Lakshmi, Chintu, Dhanraj, Thagubothu Ramesh, Mahesh Vitta, Nookaraju, Gurrapu Vijay Kumar, D. Sudarshan Reddy, Baba Shanker in key roles.

The cinematography is by M.V. Gopi, while Raghavendra Reddy handles the editing. Artham Vaarahi Shreyas is composing the music. The film is being produced by Vaarahi Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., with Someshwar Rao as producer.

The script was formally handed over by Producer’s Council Secretary Prasanna Kumar and Gemini Kiran, who also switched on the camera. The first clap was given by Gemini Suresh’s mother, Gemini Subbalakshmi, marking an emotional beginning for the actor’s debut film.

Speaking on the occasion, Gemini Suresh said:“Greetings to everyone. This is my debut film, and it is the realization of my 18-year-long dream. I always wished to enter cinema with a meaningful story, and Srinivas garu gave me that opportunity with Aathma Katha. I am deeply honored that Gemini Kiran garu and Prasanna Kumar garu blessed our launch event. I am also grateful to Dandu Srinivas Raju garu. Having my mother give the first clap for my debut film is truly special. My heartfelt thanks to Sammeta Gandhi garu, all my co-actors, and the technical team. Since I come from the media fraternity, I strongly believe that the media will support me in this new journey. I humbly seek the audience’s blessings.”

Natakiriti Dr. Rajendra Prasad’s “Nenevaru?” Title Logo Launched by Cine Celebrities!!!

Versatile actor Natakiriti Dr. Rajendra Prasad, who has lately been very selective in choosing films, is now appearing in a thought-provoking entertainer “Nenevaru?”, directed by young talent Chiranjeevi Tanneeru. The film also stars Sai Kiran (of “Nuvvekavali, Preminchu” fame) and Jogini Shyamala in key roles.

Presented by Sarikonda Mallikharjun under the banner Jai Chiranjeevi Movie Makers, the film is jointly produced by Andekar Jagadish Babu and Sakinana Bhulakshmi. Introducing Abhilash and Sai Cherry (disciples of Vizag Satyanand) as heroes, the movie also features Deepika, Sonakshi, and Jabardasth Rajamouli in prominent roles. Having completed its shoot, the film is now in post-production.

The title logo of “Nenevaru?” was unveiled at Telugu Film Chamber Preview Theater by KL Damodar Prasad (President of Telugu Film Producers Council & noted producer), senior director Relangi Narasimha Rao, and director V. Samudra, who extended their best wishes to the team. The film unit expressed confidence that the project will bring recognition to everyone involved.

₹2 Crore investment on the film “Oka Parvathi Iddaru Devadasulu”We will fight until justice is served: Producers

The producers of the film “Oka Parvathi Iddaru Devadasulu”—K. Murali (Sharath Varma) and B. Anand Babu—came before the media stating that they have been victims of a major fraud. “We invested ₹2 crores in this film. All expenses were borne by us. As repayment was not possible, on September 12, 2024, the concerned person voluntarily transferred all the film rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in our names. The film’s release work is currently in progress.

However, instead of cooperating, Ramakrishna Thota betrayed us. He falsely claimed the film as his own and, without our permission, published the title and posters in newspapers. This is not only fraud and betrayal of trust but also a direct attack on our rights. Along with financial loss, our reputation has been damaged,” the producers expressed with anguish.

“We are proceeding to file cases against Ramakrishna Thota under IPC Sections 406 and 420 (criminal breach of trust and cheating), as well as under the Copyright Act, 1957. We will not step back until justice is done,” they asserted.

“If the rights of those investing in cinema are not protected, this industry will be destroyed. This is a conspiracy that violates film rights. The Producers’ Council must ensure justice for us. The government and police should take strict action. We request the media to bring this matter to the public. Until justice is achieved, our fight will continue,” the producers declared.

Under the banner of T.D.R. Cinemas, the upcoming film Production No.1, directed by Kuncham Shankar and produced by Talari Dinakaran Reddy, was officially launched with a grand pooja ceremony on August 21st, Thursday. For the muhurtham shot, young director Ram Abbaraju gave the clap, Prasanth Kumar Dimmala switched on the camera, and the honorary direction was done by Ram Abbaraju himself. The script has been crafted by Ram Abbaraju, Prasanth Dimmala, and Adidala Vijaypal Reddy.

Starring Pavaan Kesari and Kavya Kalyan Ram in the lead roles, the film will feature music by Vijai Bulganin with Sai handling the cinematography. During the launch, the team shared their thoughts,Hero Pawan Kesari said, “I’m really happy to be doing this film under the banner started by my childhood friend Sunny. Kavya is playing the female lead. Vijay anna is composing amazing music. I’ve also developed a great bond with our DOP, Sai.”

Heroine Kavya Kalyan Ram said, “I’m thrilled to be the lead actress in T.D.R. Cinemas’ Production No.1. Both the director and producer are approaching this film with so much passion. Vijay garu has already given us some beautiful tunes. We’re bringing a quality film to the audience.”

Harshika Productions ‘Chai Wala’ teaser Released held grandly

Young and promising actor Shiva Kandukuri is playing the lead role in Chai Wala, produced on a grand scale by Radha Vijayalakshmi and Venkat R. Paapudippu under the Harshika Productions banner. The film is written and directed by Pramod Harsha. The first-look poster already impressed audiences, and the teaser was unveiled on August 20th.

The teaser opens powerfully with Rajeev Kanakala’s line: “My tea costs ₹15… even if I take one rupee extra, my value drops.” Another striking dialogue by Shiva “If passing exams was as simple as writing Kalki’s story on every page, we’d have all passed long back”sets the tone. Glimpses of father–son bonding, romance, and family drama suggest that Chai Wala will strike a chord with both youth and families alike.
